Crystal candy, originally from Japan and known as Kohakuto, is a traditional sweet made with agar-agar. Famous for its glossy, jewel-like look and delicate snap, it’s often called the “edible crystal.”

At Vivid Candy, we’ve reimagined this classic in Australia and made it even more special. We call our version Crystal Candy Cookies — bite-sized, fun to share, and addictive like cookies, but with a surprising twist. Each colourful crystal shell cracks open to reveal a gooey, tangy marshmallow  centre inspired by iconic desserts.
